Loving Dad, Brother and a great friend to many, that will be sadly missed.

Would friends please meet at Woodlands Crematorium, Scunthorpe on Tuesday the 23rd of December at 11.20am for a service and committal.

I always knew Stuart as Uncle Stuart. He was a huge part of my early childhood and teen years. It didnt let up when I became an adult. In over 60 years we never had a cross word and he was the first person I would inform about anything big in my life. His humour was wicked, his grouchiness legendary. I gave him an Xmas card 6 months ago, because we didnt kid each other. It read "Thank you for being the best uncle a kid could ever have. Every one of my childhood happy memories have you in them."
Most of my most enjoyable adult memories have him in there as well.
It's fair to say he's not going to be chuffed to find out he can't shoot pigeons where he's going.
